Patients are now able to refer themselves to a Pharmacy for minor illnesses, such as:
- Cold or Flu symptoms
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Diarrhoea
- Skin / Rash issues
- Hay Fever
- Impetigo
- Sinusitis
- Simple urinary tract infections
- Ear infections

Booking a GP Appointment
- Speak with our reception team to book an appointment by calling us on 020 8673 1720.
- You will be asked for information on your condition to ensure that you get the right care, in the right way, from the right person.
- Speak with our reception team at the front desk.

- Complete an online consultation.
- All online consultations are reviewed by a clinician, and patients will receive a response within 24 working hours.
- You can contact us online during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm) for:
- Routine care requests
- Repeat prescription requests and medication queries
- Administrative requests.
- If you submit a request before 5:00pm, we will respond on the same day.
- If you submit a request after 5:00pm, we will respond by the end of the next working day.
Please note: A response does not always mean an appointment. We will let you know what happens next – this may include triage, booking an appointment, signposting to another service, or providing advice.

Late or Missed Appointments
We are now offering a text messaging service to remind you of your appointment; if you are unable to make the appointment, please call reception to cancel so that we can see other patients who need medical attention.
If you change your mobile number please inform reception.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to rebook.
Book an Ambulance
If your request is for an emergency then dial 999.
Patients wishing to book transport for outpatient appointments will need to call the transport team, who will carry out a medical assessment over the phone and, if appropriate, arrange their transport to and from hospital.
If you are eligible, please call the transport team at St Georges Hospital on 020 8725 0808, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm. They require at least 24 hours notice to arrange transport.
