The web-based tool allows you to submit a short medical or admin query to the surgery and we will attempt to respond to your message within two working days.
Please call the surgery if you have been asked to have a blood test. You will need to book an appointment. If you are a patient at another surgery, please ask them to book your appointment into our clinics. We do not offer walk-in appointments.
You can request your repeat medication using Patient Access, or write your request and then post it through our letterbox.
Please book or manage your appointment through the national booking website. If you are eligible for the spring booster, you can book your booster through the national booking website or visit SWLCCG for information on pop-up sites.
